Commission Terms Of Service

Please read terms and conditions carefully before contacting me (the artist).
By ordering from me (the artist) you (the client) agree on the terms and conditions. After reading and understanding the following points, should you need any further clarification, please inform me.1. Contact me (the artist) before requesting a commission. I will take up any project depending on how much work I have at hand, how fast the client wants the work to be done, what type of work to be done etc.2. Things I do not work on:
a) Anything hateful towards any person or community
b) Explicit nudity or pornographic/NSFW (Artistic and tasteful nudity is accepted but please contact me before to discuss)
c) Excessive gore
d) Unethical projectsIf the client is not certain about the project's nature, they are advised to contact me mentioning the matter before further proceeding.3. I reserve the right to display my work on my site or any other form, portfolio and media non-commercially (except personal portrait: For personal portrait if the owner of the portrait does not wish the portrait to be public then it will be done upon request without any additional charge). If the client wants me not to display the work then the price of such work will be higher than its original price (since I'm giving up my right to display). Payment details for such cases are included in each commission page and can be accessed while ordering.4. I reserve the right to be credited for my work. The cost will be higher than the original price, if the client wants to omit crediting (by removing my signature or name). Payment details for such cases are included in each commission page and can be accessed while ordering.5. Please check the number of revisions you will get with each particular commission package. (Generally four revisions are free) Extra will be charged for additional revisions.
Each work goes through different phases. In each phase the client has the right to ask me for modification. Once the phase is passed it is not possible for me to go back and start all over again or modify. Any further changes after the total number of free revisions are done or the project is finished will cost an extra fee.6. For YCH commissions, the commissioned work will be for personal use only. If you want to use it commercially, you will be able to do so (only digitally) by paying a small commercial rights fee (see add ons while ordering). Since it's YCH, you will not be granted any commercial rights for print, merchandise or other physical and/or personal products7. For all other commissions, please contact me for commercial license8. For commissions above $500, I am willing to take 50% payment as advance to book my commission slot. Once the work is finished, you'll receive a completion note with watermarked work. After clearing the rest of the 50% payment, I'll send you the high resolution, no watermarked image and source file(if applicable). This arrangement doesn't apply for any order below or equal to $500. For such order(s) an upfront payment is required to book a slot.9. Please note that, upon failure to clear the payment (I'll wait maximum a week after project is completed) for the commission, I'll own the commissioned artwork with all its commercial rights: I will retain the right to re-sale, reproduce for commercial purpose, use in other media commercially etc. This is to compensate for the lost payment for my labour.10. Since I am going to invest my time and effort in the project, I will not be able to refund once a slot is booked.
It'd be unfair to ask for a refund once a slot is occupied and I have invested my service for the project. If I can not continue on the project for any reason, only then I can refund you based on the transaction site's rule.
In case of a refund done by me, I can't refund the fees deducted by the sites or transaction services as it is not under my control.𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣, 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙢𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮.11. Please do not be rude, as it negatively affects my productivity. I'll be as accommodating as I can afford to be but I would expect your cordial cooperation.12. I DO NOT CONSENT TO USE MY ART FOR NFT, CRYPTO, BLOCKCHAIN, TRAINING AI, NSFW/ADULT CONTENT, GORE AND VIOLENT OR HARMFUL CONTENT, UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL CONTENT.
